The Freight carrier will contact you to schedule a delivery appointment. Items will be delivered to the curbside of the address. Upon delivery, please inspect your order carefully to ensure the merchandise is in good condition. If the packaging displays visible signs of damage, open the item immediately to check the contents and ask the driver to inspect them with you. Write a detailed description of the damage on both your copy and the carrier's copy of the delivery receipt.

1.) Obtain and print the label: FedEx will send you a link to your return label, which you can print using your preferred method. Unfortunately, we cannot print return labels on behalf of our customers.
2.) Re-wrap your item securely: FedEx does not accept loose or unpackaged items, so please wrap your item(s) securely, either using the original packaging or an equally secure plastic wrap.
3.) Label your return: You can label your return in one of two ways: a. Put the label in a FedEx Shipping Pouch (available at your FedEx drop-off location) and attach the pouch to your return. b. Use clear plastic shipping tape to stick the folded label directly onto your wrapped item. Ensure that the entire label is covered with tape for security.
4.) Verify that no other tracking labels are attached to your package: Other labels can cause confusion for FedEx. To ensure your package arrives at the correct destination, keep only one label on it. You can cross out the old label or cover it with the new one.
5.) Drop off your package: You can do this at any FedEx Office, FedEx Ship Center, FedEx Alliances (Office Depot or OfficeMax), or a FedEx Authorized Shipping Outlet nearby. That's the entire process.
