To access your past order history with WRGHome, you must log into your account HERE. If you're uncertain about having an account, select "Forgot Password," and if your account exists in our system, you'll receive a password reset email.

After your order has been assigned a tracking number, usually within 24-48 hours of placing it, you can track your order by clicking here and providing your email address and order number. Please be aware that due to high carrier demand, it might take 5-8 days for the carrier's movements to be visible in your tracking information once your order has been picked up.

We offer the most precise estimated delivery dates for your location on our product pages. Generally, in-stock items are picked up by our shipping carrier within 2 business days. You'll receive an email with your tracking information once your order is shipped.

For backordered items, the most accurate estimated in-stock date is also provided on the product page. These dates may change due to unforeseen circumstances and delays. Please keep in mind that, due to high carrier demand, it could take 5-8 days for the carrier's movements to appear in your tracking information after your order has been picked up. You can monitor your shipment's progress here.

After placing your order, we regretfully cannot modify the items purchased. However, if you wish to add items to your existing order, feel free to place an additional order with free shipping!

If you need to remove an item from an existing order, promptly contact our Customer Support team at support@wrghome.com. They will try to cancel your order, allowing you to place a new one with the correct items.

Unfortunately due to our fast order processing speeds, we are unable to guarantee the cancellation of any order after placement. We encourage you to call our Customer Support team as quickly as possible for a cancellation request after order placement.

We will do everything we can to take care of this for you; however, in the event we are unable to fulfill your request, you may start your return here after your order has been delivered.

After your order has been placed, we cannot delay the shipment of any portion of it.
